This former farm building, tastefully renovated in 2017, will be the ideal stopover for your stay. Located in the small village of Kerbors, a vegetable-growing area on the Lézardrieux peninsula, this rental will be the starting point for numerous walks. The sillon de Talbert, the island of Brehat, the towns of Treguier and Paimpol, and the cote de Granit Rose are all essential vacation destinations. Numerous hiking trails nearby and fishing opportunities on foot in the area.
First floor: large living room opening onto a fitted and equipped kitchen, separate WC, laundry area, bedroom (160x200cm bed) with en-suite shower room and WC. Upstairs: two bedrooms (4 beds 90x200cm, which can be twinned into two beds 180x200), shower room and WC. Underfloor heating on first floor. Terrace and enclosed garden. Car parking space in front of the gîte. Swing, basketball hoop and volleyball net.

Claus Schönes und komfortables Haus
Das Haus ist komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Bäder sind modern. Das Grundstück ist weitläufig. Die Wege zu den vielen Naturschönheiten der Granit Rose sind kurz. Im Nachbarort gibt es mehrere kleine Geschäfte, einen Supermarkt, Bars und einen Bäcker.
