This former farm building, tastefully renovated in 2017, will be the ideal stopover for your stay. Located in the small village of Kerbors, a vegetable-growing area on the Lézardrieux peninsula, this rental will be the starting point for numerous walks. The sillon de Talbert, the island of Brehat, the towns of Treguier and Paimpol, and the cote de Granit Rose are all essential vacation destinations. Numerous hiking trails nearby and fishing opportunities on foot in the area.
First floor: large living room opening onto a fitted and equipped kitchen, separate WC, laundry area, bedroom (160x200cm bed) with en-suite shower room and WC. Upstairs: two bedrooms (4 beds 90x200cm, which can be twinned into two beds 180x200), shower room and WC. Underfloor heating on first floor. Terrace and enclosed garden. Car parking space in front of the gîte. Swing, basketball hoop and volleyball net.

Il ne manque rien pour passer un bon séjour
Malgré une météo capricieuse, nous avons pu découvrir les côtes de granit rose ainsi que l'île de brehat

Valérie et Pascal Vacances au calme
Le gîte des Roches Douvre est très agréable! Situé au calme la grasse mat est assurée! Il est lumineux, bien isolé (vacances fin novembre), équipé d'un plancher chauffant très cocooning.
Marie-Louise et Robert sont des propriétaires généreux et aux petits soins, s'il vous manque quoi que ce soit Marie-Louise fait tout son possible pour vous l'apporter!! Ils sont de bons conseils sur les producteurs locaux et les visites environnantes, nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez vous et vous en remercions!

2eme séjour et toujours aussi enchanté malgré météo bretonne... Conseils qui n'ont rien à voir avec la location... N'ayez surtout pas besoin de soins dentaires... Sinon vive la Bretagne et merci à la famille André.
