In the heart of the Perros-Guirec resort, in a residential area just 200 m from the shops, the villa Les Oliviers has just been beautifully renovated to welcome you into an interior with top-quality amenities. Ideal for families wishing to discover this superb resort on foot. You can even take the shuttle to the famous beaches of Trestignel and Trestraou, 1.4 km away.
Your vacation rental comprises on the raised ground floor: entrance hall with desk, living room opening onto a lovely terrace, lovely fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed 180x200) with private shower room (large shower), separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (one with a 180x200 bed that can be separated to make 2 90x200 beds on request) and the other with 1 single bed, shower room (Italian-style shower) and separate wc. Basement: laundry room and games area with table soccer and table tennis. Landscaped enclosed grounds of 300 m². Telecommuting space in one bedroom. Easy, free on-street parking in front of the house (cul-de-sac).

We enjoyed our stay two week stay at 3 Oliviers immensely. The house is modern and tastefully decorated, the kitchen is very well-equipped. The location is conveniently close to the center of the village with shops and restaurants at close walking distance. We hope to be back in the future!

redkite_11 Fabulous Gite in great central location
We had a wonderful stay at Gite les Oliviers as a family with our dog. The Gite is very well equipped with everything that we needed for a comfortable week’s stay. Our kids loved the games room in the basement. Beds, sofas and chairs were all very comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped. The location was perfect for us, being a short walk into town. The owner made us feel very welcomed and made sure that we had everything that we needed for an enjoyable stay. Thank you!

Le gîte est très bien équipé. Décoration naturelle bouquet à votre arrivée très belle attention . Petit délice crêpes et cidre vont avec l'acceuil. Belle maison au cœur de la ville ce qui permet de se déplacer à pieds.
