In the heart of the Perros-Guirec resort, in a residential area just 200 m from the shops, the villa Les Oliviers has just been beautifully renovated to welcome you into an interior with top-quality amenities. Ideal for families wishing to discover this superb resort on foot. You can even take the shuttle to the famous beaches of Trestignel and Trestraou, 1.4 km away.
Your vacation rental comprises on the raised ground floor: entrance hall with desk, living room opening onto a lovely terrace, lovely fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed 180x200) with private shower room (large shower), separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (one with a 180x200 bed that can be separated to make 2 90x200 beds on request) and the other with 1 single bed, shower room (Italian-style shower) and separate wc. Basement: laundry room and games area with table soccer and table tennis. Landscaped enclosed grounds of 300 m². Telecommuting space in one bedroom. Easy, free on-street parking in front of the house (cul-de-sac).

M+C+C Wir kommen wieder!
Wir wurden von Anne Claire herzlich empfangen und von ihrer Schwester Claudie herzlich verabschiedet. Wir haben uns mit unserm Hund 3 Wochen sehr wohl im Haus gefühlt. Alles ist liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Küche und Kochausstattung überdurchschnittlich. Die Waschküche ist sehr praktisch. Lage sehr ruhig und nur 5 Minuten ins Zentrum. Dad E-Auto konnten wir kostenlos laden an einer eigenen Steckdose im Garten. Wir kommen wieder!

Lolomumu avis séjour 1 semaine au gîte des Oliviers
Très belles prestations pour ce beau gîte de Perros Guirrec. Tout était parfait, le confort, la propreté, la décoration et l'emplacement idéal au calme et proche de tous commerces. Un logement dans lequel on se sent tout de suite bien, c'est rare! Merci à Anne-Claire pour sa gentillesse, une belle rencontre pour nous. Nous espérons revenir à Perros Guirrec et sans hésiter, nous reviendrons au gîte des Oliviers.

Martina Die perfekte Unterkunft in Perros-Guirec
Schon zum zweiten Mal durften wir in diesem wunderschönen Haus zu Gast sein und haben den Aufenthalt wieder sehr genossen.
Das Haus ist wirklich so schön, wie es die Fotos versprechen. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und umfangreich. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen.
Es liegt zentral im Ort, aber gleichzeitig ausgesprochen ruhig. Ein kleiner Supermarkt und mehrere Bäcker sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sowohl im direkten Umfeld als auch im Hafen oder an den Stränden gibt es viele gute Lokale.
Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die liebenswerte Gastgeberin Anne-Claire für den freundlichen Empfang und ihre großzügige Gastfreundschaft.- Cleanliness

Voila un gite confortable en centre ville ce qui facilite l'accès à tous les commerces et , en marchant un peu, au port et aux plages de Perros Guirec.
