Located at the end of the owners' large farmhouse, you'll enjoy a private entrance and a lovely terrace, which you'll appreciate when you return from your walks, as the region is very popular with tourists: 8 km from Dinard, a prestigious seaside resort, 14 km from the corsair town of Saint Malo, 15 km from Dinan, 50 km from Mont Saint-Michel. 3 km from Dinard-Pleurtuit airport.
Ground floor: bright living room with fitted kitchen, small hallway with washing machine and dishwasher, separate toilet. First floor: landing with study, lovely master bedroom (1 bed 160x200) with en-suite shower room (large walk-in shower), dressing room, separate WC. Private courtyard of 35 m². Parking alongside the property in a cul-de-sac.

Matou Un séjour au dessus de la moyenne
Nous avons été conquis et même impressionnés par La qualité des « services proposés ». Tout étaient bien au dessus de ce dont nous avons l’habitude de rencontrer….la situation géographique, l’accueil hors normes, la joliesse, l’aspect pratique et confortable ainsi que la propreté du gîte étaient exceptionnels.
