Located at the end of the owners' large farmhouse, you'll enjoy a private entrance and a lovely terrace, which you'll appreciate when you return from your walks, as the region is very popular with tourists: 8 km from Dinard, a prestigious seaside resort, 14 km from the corsair town of Saint Malo, 15 km from Dinan, 50 km from Mont Saint-Michel. 3 km from Dinard-Pleurtuit airport.
Ground floor: bright living room with fitted kitchen, small hallway with washing machine and dishwasher, separate toilet. First floor: landing with study, lovely master bedroom (1 bed 160x200) with en-suite shower room (large walk-in shower), dressing room, separate WC. Private courtyard of 35 m². Parking alongside the property in a cul-de-sac.

Bruno Découverte vallée de la Rance
Un accueil très sympathique des propriétaires (Merci pour la bouteille de cidre et le délicieux far Breton) idéalement placé pour les visites et au calme dans une voie sans issu, un Logement et une terrasse fort agréables, vous ne serez pas déçu par ce joli gîte, parfait pour 1 ou 2 personnes. Vous trouverez tout ce que vous avez besoin à 2 km dans le petite ville de Pleurtuit.

Alain LES AGAPANTHES
Petite maison décorée avec beaucoup de goût au calme dans un petit village à quelques kilomètres de Dinard. Nous avons apprécié la petite terrasse et le jardin pour déjeuner dehors (BBQ).
Séjour parfait en tout point de vue, nous avons pu découvrir les environs et faire de belles balades aux alentours.
Un grand merci à Nathalie de nous avoir accueilli agréablement dans son petit chez elle.

Nice petit maison. Perfect for a couple to see the area. Privcacy is very well. Good parking place. Maybe good to have shed for parking velo electric.
