Located at the end of the owners' large farmhouse, you'll enjoy a private entrance and a lovely terrace, which you'll appreciate when you return from your walks, as the region is very popular with tourists: 8 km from Dinard, a prestigious seaside resort, 14 km from the corsair town of Saint Malo, 15 km from Dinan, 50 km from Mont Saint-Michel. 3 km from Dinard-Pleurtuit airport.
Ground floor: bright living room with fitted kitchen, small hallway with washing machine and dishwasher, separate toilet. First floor: landing with study, lovely master bedroom (1 bed 160x200) with en-suite shower room (large walk-in shower), dressing room, separate WC. Private courtyard of 35 m². Parking alongside the property in a cul-de-sac.

Espagne Très bon sejour
Très bon séjour d’une semaine. Les propriétaires sont accueillants. Tout est bien pensé dans le logement. On ne manque de rien. Le logement est idéalement situé entre Dinan et Dinard et proche de St Malo. On peut se garer facilement dans la rue devant le logement. Je recommande

Excellent séjour dans un gîte très agréablement décoré avec des propriétaires très sympathiques, accueillants et discrets. Merci pour les petites attentions à notre arrivée.
Très bon gâteau breton ainsi que le cidre bien frais. Belle région et gîte très bien situé pour visiter St Malo, Cancale, la pointe du Grouin et bien d'autres belles choses comme la très jolie

Très bon Gîte tout confort avec prestations et équipements de qualité, bien situé pour visiter la région.
Propriétaires très accueillants et de bons conseils.
