Located at the end of the owners' large farmhouse, you'll enjoy a private entrance and a lovely terrace, which you'll appreciate when you return from your walks, as the region is very popular with tourists: 8 km from Dinard, a prestigious seaside resort, 14 km from the corsair town of Saint Malo, 15 km from Dinan, 50 km from Mont Saint-Michel. 3 km from Dinard-Pleurtuit airport.
Ground floor: bright living room with fitted kitchen, small hallway with washing machine and dishwasher, separate toilet. First floor: landing with study, lovely master bedroom (1 bed 160x200) with en-suite shower room (large walk-in shower), dressing room, separate WC. Private courtyard of 35 m². Parking alongside the property in a cul-de-sac.

Location très propre et cosy, belle literie et salle de bain. Les propriétaires très agréables et disponibles. L'extérieur est très agréable et sans vis à vis, dans un environnement calme à deux pas de St Malo. Tout était parfait!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour aux Agapanthes, parfait pour un couple. Gîte au calme, aménagé avec goût, très confortable et à proximité des principaux sites à visiter, proche de la mer. Propriétaires très sympathiques et très accueillants.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce gîte bien aménagé et joliment décoré.La chambre est spacieuse, le lit très confortable et le dressing bien pratique.
La présence de toilettes en rez de chaussée et à l'étage simplifie bien la vie pour des personnes qui comme moi ont des problèmes de mobilité dans les escaliers!Nous avons été fort bien accueillis par Mme Guéras . Merci pour les douceurs gourmandes....

Gite très agréable au calme et a proximité des principaux sites a visiter en cote d'Armor et en Ile et Villaine propriétaires très sympathique je recommande parfaitement.
