You will appreciate the layout of our gîtes in these farm buildings. This gîte is adjoining 22G120803 with another but opposite access. Country setting close to the sea (Perros-Guirec 3 km away) and shops. Surrounded by 3,000 m² of lawn, our aim is to ensure your independence and comfort.
Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: living room with kitchen and lounge, bathroom with shower, wc. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 baby bed). Private courtyard and lawn.
Accommodation reserved for leisure guests.

Stefan V. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage
Sehr charmante und komfortable Ferienwohnung in traumhafter und ruhiger Lage. Bad und Küche sind noch neu, bzw. erst kürzlich renoviert worden. Die Küchenutensilien sind allerdings noch die alten, wenn auch ausreichend vorhanden und zweckmäßig, wie man es eben aus vielen Ferienwohnungen kennt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, zum Empfang gab es bretonisches Gebäck und hausgemachten Cidre, zwischendurch bekamen wir auch Eier von den hauseigenen Hühnern.
Trotz der ruhigen Lage der Wohnung ist die Verkehrsanbindung sehr gut, vielfältige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die schönen Strände von Perros-Guirec und Umgebung sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Ein Auto sollte man jedenfalls zur Verfügung haben, um die vielen sehenswerten Ziele in der weiteren Umgebung erreichen zu können, stellvertretend seien hier nur der Jardin de Pellinec und der Cairn de Barnénez, aber auch die Städte Lannion, Roscoff und natürlich auch Perros-Guirec genannt.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung sehr genossen und können die Wohnung wärmstens weiterempfehlen.- Cleanliness

Très bon séjour dans le gîte. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et très agréables. Le logement est très bien équipé que ce soit en gros équipements ou ustensiles de cuisine et propre.
Petite attention des propriétaires à notre arrivée et des explications sur les visites / randonnées à faire dans le secteur.

Véronique Un havre de paix
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, au calme, dans un environnement bucolique proche de la côte de granit rose.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil, la gentillesse et la délicatesse de nos hôtes. Ils ont été de bons conseils et ont partagé leur cidre, leurs oeufs et les traditionnels gâteaux bretons.
