You will appreciate the layout of our gîtes in these farm buildings. This gîte is adjoining 22G120803 with another but opposite access. Country setting close to the sea (Perros-Guirec 3 km away) and shops. Surrounded by 3,000 m² of lawn, our aim is to ensure your independence and comfort.
Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: living room with kitchen and lounge, bathroom with shower, wc. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 baby bed). Private courtyard and lawn.
Accommodation reserved for leisure guests.

"Rouge Gorge" Séjour Breton
Très bonne semaine en famille dans ce gîte calme et très bien équipé, très bien situé pour découvrir la côte de granit rose.

Elise gîte agréable et très calme
Le gîte est agréable, très calme, à la campagne (lapins et poules à proximité), bien équipé, bien situé, mais très difficile à trouver ; j'étais complètement perdue à l'arrivée, mais heureusement la propriétaire est venue me chercher. La propriétaire est très réactive et accueillante. En hiver, le chauffage était un peu juste : dans la salle principale, un seul radiateur fonctionnant sur les deux.

nous Séjour Péros
Bonjour, nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans ce coin de la Bretagne. Le logement dans sa grande présentation est agréable, équipé et spacieux. La nature autour super reposante.
Nous ne savons pas si les locataires précédents utilisent le service nettoyage, nous pensons que 60€ pour ce service est trop cher au regard du résultat global constaté.
La salle de bain mériterait plus d'attention, une odeur d'humidité y est persistante.
Les radiateurs mériteraient d'être modernisés pour minimiser l'humidité du lieu et être plus économiques.
