A detached house in a quiet residential area, it's open all year round, and Alain has made sure that every comfort is provided for stays to be lived and relived in total conviviality. Go downhill for 2 km and you'll arrive at the very heart of the resort of Saint Quay Portrieux. 2 harbors, beaches, seawater swimming pool, semaphore, GR34, Ile de la Comtesse, casino, restaurants, entertainment... don't forget to try the Coquille St Jacques! More broadly, it is the junction between the north and south of the Côté de Goëlo, i.e. Paimpol and St Brieuc, 25 km away.
Your vacation rental includes on the first floor: a large living room with fireplace, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms (2 double beds 140x190), a bathroom (shower and double basin), WC. First floor: 3 bedrooms (2 double beds 140x190 and 2 single beds 90x190), shower room (shower and basin), WC, relaxation area with games and books. Basement: utility room, back kitchen and garage. South-facing terrace (20 m²) and 500 m² flowered garden surrounding the gîte. Table tennis available.

Patrick Bruxelles Un gîte qui tiens ses promesses
Le gîte est conforme à la description. Bien situé dans un quartier résidentiel calme, peu de circulation. A pied, il faut environ 20 à 25 minutes pour rejoindre le bord de mer et les plages/ commerces/restaurants. En voiture, 5 minutes mais parking difficile certains jours/heures. Idéalement situé pour visiter la région. Au niveau aménagement, l'ameublement est un peu daté mais fonctionnel. La literie est à améliorer dans certaines chambres pour les personnes de grande taille. Un très bon rapport qualité/prix cependant et conforme à 2 épis.
