Go downhill for 2 km and you'll arrive at the very heart of the resort of Saint Quay Portrieux. 2 harbors, beaches, seawater swimming pool, semaphore, GR34, Ile de la Comtesse, casino, restaurants, entertainment... don't forget to try the Coquille St Jacques! More broadly, it is the junction between the north and south of the Côté de Goëlo, i.e. Paimpol and St Brieuc, 25 km away.

First floor: 3 bedrooms (2 double beds 140x190 and 2 single beds 90x190), shower room (shower and basin), WC, relaxation area with games and books. Basement: utility room, back kitchen and garage. South-facing terrace (20 m²) and 500 m² flowered garden surrounding the gîte. Table tennis available.
