This recently built, detached house is just 500 m from the center of Binic, a pleasant seaside town with the Familleplus label. You'll enjoy an exceptional location. On-site shops, restaurants and bars keep the resort lively all year round. Just a stone's throw away, the customs path leads you to the Corps de Garde beach (1,200 m), and to the former port of Terres Neuvas (1.5 km), which has been completely refurbished as a pretty marina, from where you can take a speedboat to the Ile de Bréhat.
Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor, a 35 m² living room, a kitchen, a bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a bathroom with bathtub, separate WC. Location surcotée. Prix trop élevé pour la prestation. A réétudier les épis. Tout est minimaliste. Ecran de télé on ne peut plus petit. Matériel de cuisine qui date. Gazinière de jadis. Extérieur à entretenir. Etc....
Dommage car habitation bien située, calme et propre.

Les Nantais Excellent séjour
Troisième séjour dans ce gîte, c'est un signe... On apprécie cette maison pour son confort, son calme, sa situation dans un lotissement proche des commerces et des balades, la gentillesse et la disponibilité de ses propriétaires. Et la Bretagne nous offre sans cesse de nouveaux coins à découvrir ! A consommer sans modération !
