This recently built, detached house is just 500 m from the center of Binic, a pleasant seaside town with the Familleplus label. You'll enjoy an exceptional location. On-site shops, restaurants and bars keep the resort lively all year round. Just a stone's throw away, the customs path leads you to the Corps de Garde beach (1,200 m), and to the former port of Terres Neuvas (1.5 km), which has been completely refurbished as a pretty marina, from where you can take a speedboat to the Ile de Bréhat.
Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor, a 35 m² living room, a kitchen, a bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a bathroom with bathtub, separate WC. westiberys Un séjour idéal
Un gite idéalement situé, très calme, mais proche de toutes commodités. L'équipement du gite est très fonctionnel, nous y avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin. La literie est de qualité. Les deux WC et les deux SDB sont très pratiques. Le jardin entièrement clos est pratique si on a un animal. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et très serviables. Nous y retournerons.

The owners were very welcoming and friendly. The house was very well equipped and very comfortable. Despite the weather the week of our visit we enjoyed a couple of barbecues in the lovely sheltered garden.
The gite was situated in a very peaceful area with cliff path walks very close to it.- Cleanliness

Un accueil de qualité. Une maison très bien située, très propre et fonctionnelle.
Un jardin agréable avec un abri qui permet de déjeuner à l'extérieur.
La plage accessible à pieds en 10 mn.Le port de Binic accessible par le GR34 en 45mn.

Famille du Nord Séjour à Binic
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans ce gîte. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, le gîte est bien situé tout en étant au calme, à proximité de chemins de randonnée et de plusieurs plages. Il y a un supermarché à proximité ce qui est pratique. Le gîte est fonctionnel et bien équipé avec une belle terrasse et un superbe jardin très fleuri et bien clôturé, parfait pour notre petit chien.
