This well-appointed gîte is located in a cul-de-sac in the countryside, close to the Rance river, 12 km from the medieval town of Dinan, and ideally situated for the main tourist attractions of the Emerald Coast, 10 km from the popular beaches of St-Lunaire, 12 km from Dinard, 14 km from St-Malo and around 50 km from Mont-Saint-Michel.
Your vacation rental comprises ground floor: fitted kitchen, living room with fireplace, stone staircase, wc. First floor: 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds), bathroom with shower and toilet. Private terrace, courtyard and lawn. Enclosed grounds to rear.

Martin Agreable gîte avec un grand jardin
Le gîte est agréable dans une ferme restaurée avec goût. Le logement est tout confort et le jardin très agréable. Il y a même un trampoline et des balançoires pour les enfants. On est pas très loin de la Rance (belle balade à faire) et idéalement situé pour visiter les principales villes touristiques (Dinan Dinard saint Malo). Je recommande.

Beau gîte bien aménagé. Grand jardin calme. Nous avons déjà plaisanté sur l'escalier en l'appelant l'escalier du château. Mais pour nous, ce n'est pas un problème car nous sommes en bonne forme. Environnement magnifique. Le gîte est bien situé pour découvrir toutes les attractions de la région. Propriétaires très sympathiques. Un adorable chien qui venait nous saluer chaque jour. Par ce moyen, je tiens à vous remercier encore pour le far breton, les haricots et les délicieuses tomates que nous avons reçus. Nous avons pleinement profité de notre séjour. Une adresse à retenir !

Pascal Très beau gite
Ce gite est très bien situé, à proximité immédiate de nombreux lieux de visite. Il est très bien équipé, la propreté est impeccable. Il bénéficie d'un extérieur agréable. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et forts sympathiques. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille à Langrolay

Chris Well equipped cottage in good location
Nice gite in a small group of gites. Plenty of space and well equipped with the shared garden an added bonus when travelling with young children. Well situated for the port of Saint Malo and visiting the coast of northern Brittany
