This well-appointed gîte is located in a cul-de-sac in the countryside, close to the Rance river, 12 km from the medieval town of Dinan, and ideally situated for the main tourist attractions of the Emerald Coast, 10 km from the popular beaches of St-Lunaire, 12 km from Dinard, 14 km from St-Malo and around 50 km from Mont-Saint-Michel.
Your vacation rental comprises ground floor: fitted kitchen, living room with fireplace, stone staircase, wc. First floor: 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds), bathroom with shower and toilet. Private terrace, courtyard and lawn. Enclosed grounds to rear.

Alcat Un excellent séjour
Quel agréable séjour passé fin août à "la dépendance du manoir" ! Des propriétaires charmants et disponibles, une location spacieuse (grande pièce à vivre, chambres...), très propre et très bien équipée (rien ne manque ), un emplacement hyper calme permettant de rayonner de Dinan au Mont Saint-michel, en passant par Saint Malo.... Bref, tout est réuni pour passer en famille de belles vacances. Le jardin privatif permet de profiter pleinement de l'extérieur pour manger ou bouquiner.
Et des "cadeaux de bienvenue" (far breton et légumes du jardin) sont plus qu'appréciables après une journée de route. Un gîte et des propriétaires à recommander !- Cleanliness
