House located at the entrance to the village of Calorguen, 5 km from the historic center of Dinan. This large property includes the owners' house and the gite, where everyone enjoys their own private space. You're just 6 km from the Port of Dinan, where you can enjoy a drink in the sunshine on the quayside, taste seafood in one of the many restaurants or take a stroll down Rue du Jerzual, one of the town's most emblematic streets where artists, craftsmen and ancestral stores mingle... Take the time to discover the Bétineuc leisure park, just 5 km away, where you're sure to relax and get active. Close to the Ille-et-Rance canal, the 3 km tour of the pond is ideal for hiking, horse-riding and cycling. The site is also the ideal spot to spend convivial moments with family and friends, enjoying swimming and various water sports.
Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor (2 steps): A large entrance hall, a veranda, independent kitchen, living room with tv, shower room with shower and WC, a bedroom with 2 beds 90x190, a laundry room with adjoining WC giving access to the garden. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200, separate WC with washbasin. Unenclosed private garden of 250 m² with garden furniture table and private parking for 2 vehicles. Just off the D26 towards Dinan. For our cat friends, we provide a cat tree, litter tray and cushion.

Valleg Un gîte exemplaire
Bonjour, merci Edith de nous avoir fait découvrir votre gîte. Très bien équipé, d'une propreté remarquable, une literie parfaite, un accueil génial !! Notre séjour s'est très bien passé grâce à Edith qui était très disponible et à l'écoute. Si je pouvais mettre 10 étoiles, je le ferais avec grand plaisir tant ce gîte se distingue de beaucoup d'autres! Nous avions de l'espace ( 100m2), un coin extérieur pour nous poser/ pauser, un stationnement facile et privatif. Le gîte est situé à 30 min de St Malo et 10 min de Dinan. Je recommande cet endroit pour 4 personnes. Vous y trouverez un vrai accueil chaleureux et humain et pas ''une boîte à clefs ''. Au plaisir Edith de repasser vous voir, la Bretagne est tellement belle et vaste!

Coubi Vacances d hiver
Nous avons séjourné pour la deuxième fois au gîte "la chambre ", nous avons été très bien accueilli par Edith.
Le gîte est propre , bien équipé, la literie est tres bien et assez spacieux pour une famille de 4 personnes et notre chien.

Les vendéens Gîte agréable et soigné
Merci à la propriétaire pour son accueil chaleureux et les petites attentions à notre arrivée.
Gîte spacieux très bien équipé et très propre.La grande véranda est un véritable plus.
Jardin à l arrière de la maison très agréable et calme car seul bémol la route de Dinan très passagère et bruyante. Nous pourrions, revenir dans ce gîte avec grand plaisir.- Cleanliness
