This comfortable gîte is located 100 m from the beach, between the Sillon du Talbert and the mouth of the Trieux, 1 km from the village of Lanmodez, 5 km from Pleubian and 15 km from Paimpol. From the garden, view of the Bréhat Archipelago. Sailing, fishing, coastal walks, GR34 nearby. Discover a rich rural and maritime heritage. Equestrian center nearby.
Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: spacious fitted kitchen, living room with wood-burning stove, laundry room and separate toilet. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1st bedroom: 2 single beds (90x200), 2nd bedroom: 1 double bed (140x190) and 3rd bedroom: 1 double bed (160x200)), bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Bowling alley. Slide. Courtyard and enclosed grounds of 300 m². Baby equipment: bed, chair, bathtub, stroller. Bicycle shelter available. Wood available for €3.50 per box or €6 per wheelbarrow.

MaryB A quiet oasis
This is a lovely gite, in a quiet, pretty spot. There are beautiful views from the upstairs windows of the sea and countryside. The owners, Ann and Daniel, were perfect hosts and made us very welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed the homemade Far Breton - thank you. The gite is clean, comfortable and well-equipped. It has a wonderful garden and a sheltered courtyard to enjoy a drink, meal outside or just sit and think. We had a lovely week - walking the footpaths and coastpaths ftom the house. Paimpol and the Ile de Brehat are close by.

Des hôtes très sympathiques, chaleureux avec un grand sourire à notre arrivée. Le gites est bien placé autant pour la plage que pour visiter. Je le recommande fortement à ceux qui veulent visiter une partie de la côte d'armor.
