Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor, a spacious and very functional kitchen, a dining room with lounge area (fireplace with insert) with exposed stone walls as well as beautiful rustic beams, wc. Upstairs, the relaxation area with sea view awaits you on the mezzanine, 3 bedrooms: one with 1 bed 140x190, the other with splendid sea view and bed of 160x200 (sheets provided for the 160 bed) and the third with 2 beds 90x190. A beautiful bathroom offers both a shower and a bathtub, the toilets are separate. A garage is available for storing a trailer or bicycles. At the front you benefit from a small enclosed courtyard with garden furniture on a paved terrace facing south. At the rear, pleasant lawn area and wooden terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, and fixed barbecue, all fenced with hedges and fencing. Very close to the sea, this spacious and bright holiday home is located just 4 km from the seaside resort of St-Cast and 15 km from the magnificent sites of Cap Fréhel and Fort-la-Latte. Un bien joli gîte !
5/5Nous avons passé une très belle semaine malgré le temps un peu capricieux. Le gîte est juste parfait, rien ne manque ! Proche des sites remarquables du Cap Fréhel, du Fort de la Latte, du Cap d’Erquy, on peut aussi découvrir depuis le gîte la baie de la Fresnaye, la pointe Ste Efficace, les ruines du Moulin de la Mer, bref il y a de quoi faire !
Mme et M Oréac, les propriétaires, sont d’une grande gentillesse et nous ont réservé un accueil très agréable, nous les remercions chaleureusement !

Excellent gite just as described - recommended
5/5This is a very clean and well-equipped gite and our expectations were fully met, it is exactly as described and we would highly recommend it.
Our hosts Michelle and Yann were friendly, welcoming and generous. They showed us how to use all the equipment in the house, including the electric door into the large clean garage space.
Note that the sitting room has an efficient glass-fronted wood burner set into the stone fireplace (there is no picture of it in the details). We stayed in January, so we used it a lot.
We did not use the garden, but it is a good size and also well-equipped.

C'est un gîte très propre et bien équipé et nos espoirs ont été pleinement satisfaites, il est exactement comme décrit et nous le recommandons sans hésiter.
Nos hôtes Michelle et Yann étaient sympathiques, accueillants et généreux. Ils nous ont montré comment utiliser tous les équipements de la maison, y compris la porte électrique donnant accès au grand garage propre.
Notez que le salon est équipé d'un poêle à bois vitré efficace installé dans la cheminée en pierre (il n'y a pas de photo de ce poêle dans les détails). Nous avons séjourné en janvier et l'avons donc beaucoup utilisé.
Nous n'avons pas utilisé le jardin, mais il est de bonne taille et bien équipé.

Gîte très bien équipé, calme et une situation géographique idéale pour des randonneurs et à proximité de Matignon.
