Close to the Sea, this bright and spacious vacation home is just 4 km from the seaside resort of St-Cast and 15 km from the magnificent sites of Cap Fréhel and Fort-la-Latte. You'll appreciate the calm and comfort of this rental, the ideal starting point for Hiking and discovering the richness of this department.
On the ground floor, your vacation rental comprises a spacious, functional, fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room with sitting area (fireplace with wood-burning insert) featuring exposed stone walls and beautiful rustic beams, wc. Upstairs, the relaxation area with sea view awaits you on the mezzanine, with 3 bedrooms: one with 1 bed 140x190, another with a splendid sea view and a 160x200 bed, and the third with 2 beds 90x190. A bathroom offers both shower and bath, and WC is separate. A shed is available for storing a trailer or bicycles. At the front, you'll find a small enclosed courtyard with garden furniture on a south-facing paved terrace. To the rear, a pleasant lawn area and wooden terrace
with garden furniture, deckchairs and fixed barbecue, all enclosed.

Breisacher Schönes Haus in wundervoller Umgebung
Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles da, was man braucht. Der Garten ist sicher umzäunt. Ein Grill steht bereit.
Die Umgebung ist fantastisch - direkt vom Haus aus kann man oberhalb der Bucht wandern und, wenn Ebbe ist, unten auf dem Watt zurücklaufen. Unser Hund hat die weitläufigen Wanderungen auch sehr genossen.
Die Geschäfte, Supermarkt, Boulangerie in Matignon sind mit dem PKW in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Olympiade der kurzen Wege.
Und wer gerne mal richtig extrem gut Essen gehen will, ist im La Fermette bestens aufgehoben.
Geheizt wird mit Strom. Wer also im Spätherbst/Winter kommt, sollte wissen, dass ein Verbrauch >8kW pro Tag zusätzlich bezahlt werden muss. Alternativ steht ein Kamin zur Verfügung.- Cleanliness

famille une semaine en juillet
Très joli site, très propre avec tout le nécessaire pour passer une agréable semaine. Accueil très sympathique du propriétaire avec un petit cadeau de bienvenue, on en a profité pour faire échange avec le nôtre... Jolis coins à visiter, balades intéressantes, découvertes... malgré un soleil un peu timide !

Ferienhaus: sehr gut ausgestattet (von Küchenzubehör -Waschmaschine, Staubsauber, Mikrowelle bis Gartenzubehör - Grill, Gartenmöbel, Liege alles vorhanden und in sehr gutem Zustand )
Lage: ruhiger Ort an denen schöne Wanderungen/ Ausflüge möglich sind.
