Close to the Sea, this bright and spacious vacation home is just 4 km from the seaside resort of St-Cast and 15 km from the magnificent sites of Cap Fréhel and Fort-la-Latte. You'll appreciate the calm and comfort of this rental, the ideal starting point for Hiking and discovering the richness of this department.
On the ground floor, your vacation rental comprises a spacious, functional, fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room with sitting area (fireplace with wood-burning insert) featuring exposed stone walls and beautiful rustic beams, wc. Upstairs, the relaxation area with sea view awaits you on the mezzanine, with 3 bedrooms: one with 1 bed 140x190, another with a splendid sea view and a 160x200 bed, and the third with 2 beds 90x190. A bathroom offers both shower and bath, and WC is separate. A shed is available for storing a trailer or bicycles. At the front, you'll find a small enclosed courtyard with garden furniture on a south-facing paved terrace. To the rear, a pleasant lawn area and wooden terrace
with garden furniture, deckchairs and fixed barbecue, all enclosed.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and peaceful house. The property is fully equipped, offering everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing time. Its location is ideal, especially for exploring the stunning Côtes d'Armor region, with easy access to various charming spots nearby.
The house is quiet, providing a perfect retreat for those looking to unwind. We were warmly welcomed by the owner, who made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires Yann et Michèle très beau gite, propre, bien aménagé, spacieux avec tout le confort nécessaire. Le barbecue a été très apprécié avec sa terrasse extérieure.
Belles chambres avec très bonne literie. mer à proximité et belles ballades à faire aux alentours.
Nous avons séjourné une semaine entière et avons bénéficié d'un soleil radieux.
Très belle région à visiter, Dinard, Dinan Saint-Malo, les bords de mer et les petits villages aux alentours qui ne manquent pas de charme. Nous reviendrons.
