Exceptional location for this high-standard, spacious apartment with an Art Deco ambience. You'll enjoy a 180° sea view over the Bay of St Brieuc. A total change of scenery. What a pleasure to follow the rhythm of the tides and admire the sunrises and sunsets in front of the lighthouse. Hikers will be delighted: just step off the terrace to join the GR 34. The 1st beach is just 400 m away, but if you prefer large family beaches, Les Rosaires is 6.5 km away. 4 km from Plérin, 6 km from St-Brieuc

Your vacation rental comprises on garden level: very spacious living room with exceptional sea view, fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200) with en-suite shower room and a bedroom (2 single beds) with en-suite shower room and toilet. Small lounge upstairs with armchair, small library and music system. 40 m² enclosed terrace, public parking 100 m away. Access to the gîte via a staircase between 2 building walls on the garden level (no ramp). Access to parking lot via GR34 possible, but difficult with luggage, or via sidewalk on street side.

    Vacances

    Grand appartement avec une belle exposition au soleil.
    Dommage pour le bruit de la zone portuaire si situant juste face à la terrasse.
    Attention pour les personnes ayant quelques difficultés à se déplacer car beaucoup d'escaliers...dommage car cet appartement est vraiment sympa.
    Il manque quelques stores ou rideaux pour occulter le soleil quand il fait bien chaud comme ce fut le cas pour notre séjour ou prévoir des ventilateurs.

    Belle location

    Très jolie location avec une immense pièce à vivre et une grande terrasse. La vue sur la baie est très belle et se renouvelle au fil des marées.

    Excellent séjour

    Excellent séjour avec en plus le soleil...
    Le gîte est très agréable, au calme. La terrasse vue mer est un point fort.
    Gîte propre, accueil de la propriétaire très bien.

    Superbe appartement avec vue sur mer

    Nous avons passé une semaine en famille dans ce bel appartement avec vue sur la mer. La décoration est très soignée, avec de nombreuses œuvres d’art. Et l’appartement est baigné de lumière le matin, ce qui est très agréable.

    Nous avons particulièrement apprécié pouvoir aller à pied à la plage des Nouëlles par le sentier des douaniers (GR 34) qui passe juste en bas - pas de voitures, donc parfait et sécurisant avec des enfants.

    Les propriétaires ont été très accueillants et la communication a été simple et agréable du début à la fin. Nous recommandons vivement cette location, à la fois élégante, confortable et très bien située.
