Exceptional location for this high-standard, spacious apartment with an Art Deco ambience. You'll enjoy a 180° sea view over the Bay of St Brieuc. A total change of scenery. What a pleasure to follow the rhythm of the tides and admire the sunrises and sunsets in front of the lighthouse. Hikers will be delighted: just step off the terrace to join the GR 34. The 1st beach is just 400 m away, but if you prefer large family beaches, Les Rosaires is 6.5 km away. 4 km from Plérin, 6 km from St-Brieuc
Your vacation rental comprises on garden level: very spacious living room with exceptional sea view, fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200) with en-suite shower room and a bedroom (2 single beds) with en-suite shower room and toilet. Small lounge upstairs with armchair, small library and music system. 40 m² enclosed terrace, public parking 100 m away. Access to the gîte via a staircase between 2 building walls on the garden level (no ramp). Access to parking lot via GR34 possible, but difficult with luggage, or via sidewalk on street side.

Ninie Wunderschöne Wohnung mit Blick aufs Meer
Was für eine Duplex Wohnung!!! Traumhaft schön, mit Geschmack eingerichtet und dekoriert. Die Wohnung verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten. Die Terrasse ist riesig groß mit Tisch, Liegen und Grill. Man kann herrlich auf das Meer schauen und die Gezeiten genießen. Es war für uns eine perfekte Woche. Vielen Dank an Karin und ihr freundlichen Empfang. Wir werden die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Arsinoe Superbe appartement
Gite qui correspond en point à son annonce eg ses photos.
Les propriétaires sont trés accueillants et trés à l'écoute.
Toutes les prestations étaient présentes.
Emplacement super et trés calme :
- gr34 au bas de la terrasse (passage trés discret de tous les promeneurs)
- vaste terrasse dominant une grande partie de la baie
- vue sur passage de tous les bateaux
Commerces trés sympas et professionnels: boulangerie, boucherie, duperette, restaurants.

Grand bleu Un coin de paradis
Gîte dans un état de propriété impeccable et muni de tout le matériel nécessaire. Grande pièce à vivre meublée et décorée avec goût. Et la terrasse ! Vue imprenable à 180° sur la baie de Saint Brieuc. Une quinzaine inoubliable. Nous reviendrons !
