The Coat Claeren guest house has been completely revamped! Christophe and Isabelle have put their heart and soul into it, and have completely redone the interior and exterior fittings! Now they're ready to welcome you!

At the end of a shady private cul-de-sac, you'll discover the property where Isabelle and Christophe welcome you. Set in 23,000 m² of lush greenery and flowers, this pretty traditional Breton house, adjoining the owners' gîte (22G132920), has just undergone a complete renovation to welcome you comfortably into a bright, trendy interior with generous volumes... A peaceful setting for this jewel box of greenery and flowers, bordered by a forest which in winter reveals the magnificent coastline. Ideally located, 2 km from the village (shops, restaurants), you'll reach the beautiful Dunes beach 3 km away, with lifeguards on duty in summer and popular for its white sand. And don't forget Port Blanc and the village of Buguèles....At the heart of the region's must-see sites: Tréguier 7 km away, Paimpol (Ile de Bréhat) 24 km away, Perros Guirec (Côte de Granit Rose) 17 km away.

Which will you prefer? Babord or Tribord? In any case, these guest rooms are both on the first floor of this large house, and each has its own en-suite bathroom (shower, washbasin and toilet). The first has a 180x200 double bed. The second has a 2-person 160x200 bed. A large room on the ground floor houses the living room and the copious sweet and savoury breakfasts, including homemade cakes and ... the Table d'hôtes (to be agreed with the owners when booking your stay, but in any case to be requested at least 3 days in advance), which uses only the freshest produce! On site: pétanque boules and bike shelter with electric charging and repair area. At the front of the house: enclosed space with garden and gravelled courtyard.
