It's a revival for the Coat Claeren Guest House! Christophe and Isabelle have put their dough into it and completely redone the interior and exterior fittings! They are just waiting for you!

Which will you prefer? Port or Starboard? In any case, these guest rooms are both on the first floor of this large house and each have an adjoining private bathroom (shower, sink and toilet). The first is equipped with a double bed 180x200 (which can be split into 2x90x200 upon prior request). The second is equipped with a double bed 160x200. The ground floor hosts in a single large room the living-dining-kitchen area: place for hearty breakfasts both sweet and savory + homemade cakes and the Table d'hôtes (on prior reservation 48 hours to advance) which uses only fresh products! On site: petanque balls and bicycle shelter with electric charging area and repair corner. On the front of the house: enclosed space with garden and gravelled courtyard. Private parking space just before the entrance gate. STAYS OF 2 NIGHTS MINIMUM, for 1 night contact the owners. NO CB ON-SITE. It is at the very end of a shaded private cul-de-sac that you will discover the property where Isabelle and Christophe welcome you. Indeed, on a property of 23,000 m² green and flowery, this pretty traditional Breton house, adjoining the owners' cottage (22G132920) has just afforded a complete renovation to welcome you comfortably in a bright and trendy interior, with generous volumes. ... A peaceful environment for this setting of greenery and flowers bordered by a forest which in winter will let you discover the magnificent coastline. Ideally located, 2 km from the village (shops, restaurants) you will reach the beautiful Dunes beach 3 km away, supervised in summer and very popular for its white sand. Don't forget also Port Blanc and the village of Buguèles....At the heart of unmissable sites such as: Tréguier at 7 km, Paimpol (Ile de Bréhat) at 24 km, Perros Guirec (Côte de Granit Rose) at 17 km.
