On the Chemin de Guilben leading to the Pointe de Guilben, Renée's bright, spacious, detached house welcomes you for a family vacation just 1 km from the lively center of Paimpol and its marina. A multitude of activities are available nearby: for relaxation and idleness, the Kerdreiz beach is 300 m away, the Tossen beach with its seawater reservoir is 500 m away, and the Poulafret leisure park (fitness trail, pond, mini-golf and children's games) is 500 m away. If you're in the mood for cultural and historical walks, then the magnificent Abbaye de Beauport is a must! The gite has a small view of the sea and Beauport Abbey from the first floor.
Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: entrance hall leading to a separate living room, a sitting room and kitchen opening onto the terrace at the rear, shower room (large walk-in shower) and separate WC. First floor: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140x190) (2 beds 80x200), toilet area (WC + washbasin). Private 450 m² grounds. Parking alongside the property.

Que dire de plus.... 4eme séjour dans cette agréable et confortable maison bretonne.
Charme, clame et confort et idéalement située nous revenons chaque année. On est comme à la maison et profitons du grand jardin.
Les propriétaires sont très gentils et nous avons plaisir à les retrouver et discuter chaque année.
A l année prochaine. ??

Glady Excellent séjour
Un grand merci à la propriétaire pour son chaleureux accueil, sa bienveillance et délicates attentions.La région est magnifique et le gîte idéalement situé. Sans voiture il est facile de visiter les alentours grâce au TER du centre ville.

Christophe Très beau gîte !
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce gîte très agréable et bien situé. L'accueil des propriétaires était parfait et très sympathique. Nous avons rencontré un problème technique lors du séjour, ils ont été réactifs et attentionnés. La tranquillité et le charme de la pointe du Guilben ont fait le reste!

Maggie Excellent séjour à Paimpol
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances à Paimpol !
Le gîte était très confortable, au calme, et idéalement situé à proximité des activités et des commerces (le tout sans avoir besoin forcément de la voiture).
Un immense merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur disponibilité et leur bienveillance tout au long de notre séjour.
Nous recommandons vivement le gîte et nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Très jolie maison, bien située (Paimpol à pieds en 15 mn, pointe de Guilben au bout du chemin...), proprio très sympas et discrets. Une adresse à recommander !
