On the Chemin de Guilben leading to the Pointe de Guilben, Renée's bright, spacious, detached house welcomes you for a family vacation just 1 km from the lively center of Paimpol and its marina. A multitude of activities are available nearby: for relaxation and idleness, the Kerdreiz beach is 300 m away, the Tossen beach with its seawater reservoir is 500 m away, and the Poulafret leisure park (fitness trail, pond, mini-golf and children's games) is 500 m away. If you're in the mood for cultural and historical walks, then the magnificent Abbaye de Beauport is a must! The gite has a small view of the sea and Beauport Abbey from the first floor.
Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: entrance hall leading to a separate living room, a sitting room and kitchen opening onto the terrace at the rear, shower room (large walk-in shower) and separate WC. First floor: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140x190) (2 beds 80x200), toilet area (WC + washbasin). Private 450 m² grounds. Parking alongside the property.

Alain Très bon séjour
Séjour parfait ! Gîte impeccable, lumineux et tout confort, avec un grand jardin paisible. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Idéalement situé, à deux pas de Paimpol et du GR 34. Un petit coin de paradis !

Rainbow Location de vacances au top !
Une ancienne maison familiale restaurée avec goût, avec tout le confort nécessaire et avec un équipement très complet, mais en gardant l'esprit traditionnel d'une maison de pécheur ou de bord de mer. Un endroit au calme et pour autant proche de tout, de la ville, du port, de l'abbaye de Beauport, accessible aisément en vélo. Des propriétaires très accueillants et attentifs à leurs hôtes. A conseiller sans aucune hésitation.

Les normands Notre 3eme séjour dans cette charmante maison
C est notre 3eme séjour dans cette charmante et agréable maison.
Proche du centre, il y a tout le confort. Elle est agreable a vivre et tres propre. On s y sent comme à la maison avec la vue sur la mer en plus
Accueil toujours aussi sympathique et chaleureux des propriétaires.
