This elegant stone house, steeped in history, welcomes you in comfort.
As soon as you arrive, you'll fall under the spell of the exposed beams, old parquet floors and superb garden, inviting you to relax.
As for its location, this house is perfect for taking advantage of the restful countryside, while being close to the Côte de Goëlo and the Baie de St Brieuc.
You'll be within easy reach of the seaside resorts of Binic (8 km), Etables sur Mer (9 km), St Quay Portrieux (12 km) and Plérin (13 km).
Enjoy the sea air and the charm of these resorts, with their fishing ports, marinas and sandy beaches.
From here, you can also follow the famous GR34 hiking trail.
For your children, a visit to the Tregomeur zoo 2 km away is a must.
The maritime city of Paimpol (31 km) and the famous Ile de Brehat (36 km).

Your vacation rental is organized on three levels.

- First floor: kitchen with dining area, two living rooms, bathroom with bathtub, toilet, laundry room.
- On the second floor: a first staircase leads to three bedrooms: one with a 140x190 bed, the second with a 140x190 bed and toilet area, the third with a crib (wooden or umbrella) and desk. A second staircase leads to 2 bedrooms (one with a 180x200cm bed, one with a 90x190cm bed, one with a 110x180cm bed), a bathroom with shower and toilet.
- Second floor: large bedroom (bed 160x200) and children's play area.

Outside:

- A terrace, a magnificent 1000 m² garden planted with trees, private and enclosed.
- Vehicle parking in private 100 m² courtyard.
