Nestled at the foot of the Hiking trails, the Holiday cottage "un temps pour soi" welcomes you all year round for convivial moments with family or friends. Located in the wine-growing village of Coulanges la Vineuse, close to Auxerre (20 mins) and just 1h30 from Paris by train, it is ideally situated for exploring the many treasures of the region: Vézelay (40 mins), Guédelon (35 mins), Chablis (30 mins), Canal du Nivernais (5 mins), not forgetting the spectacle of the cherry blossoms in early April. On-site: self-service electric bike rental, restaurant, wine bar, multi-service area.

With its enclosed, tree-lined garden and views of the Countryside, this holiday cottage offers the perfect setting to disconnect from everyday life and recharge. The house was completely restored in 2023 while preserving the authentic charm of its exposed beams and stonework.
It is fully equipped to offer you all modern comforts: induction cooktop, Nespresso coffee maker, garment steamer, air conditioner... On the ground floor: a large, bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a versatile living room with a large-screen TV, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet, and a laundry room.
You’ll enjoy gathering around the large farmhouse table or the wood-burning stove for cozy moments together. A reading nook and board games are available. Upstairs: a comfortable sleeping area with two connecting loft bedrooms, one of which is a landing bedroom, each featuring two single beds. In the garden, you’ll find various cozy spots for a nap or a reading break in the shade of the trees.
For the more active guests: a ping-pong table. Outdoor furniture and an electric grill complete the outdoor setup, along with a covered patio for an additional relaxation area.

On-site parking for vehicles. A €300 security deposit is required upon arrival.

You’ll enjoy an all-inclusive package to make the most of your stay: bed linens, house linens, bath towels, end-of-stay cleaning, heating, electricity, cleaning supplies, and basic kitchen supplies. A baby bed, high chair, and safety gate are available upon request.

Flexible check-in and check-out times are available upon request.

Mobile data reception is excellent. There is a cell tower in the village.
