Nestled at the foot of the Hiking trails, the Holiday cottage "un temps pour soi" welcomes you all year round for convivial moments with family or friends. Located in the wine-growing village of Coulanges la Vineuse, close to Auxerre (20 mins) and just 1h30 from Paris by train, it is ideally situated for exploring the many treasures of the region: Vézelay (40 mins), Guédelon (35 mins), Chablis (30 mins), Canal du Nivernais (5 mins), not forgetting the spectacle of the cherry blossoms in early April. On-site: self-service electric bike rental, restaurant, wine bar, multi-service area.

With its enclosed garden planted with trees and views over the Countryside, the Holiday cottage offers the ideal setting to disconnect from everyday life and recharge your batteries. The house was completely restored in 2023, retaining the authentic charm of its beams and stonework.
It is perfectly equipped to offer you all modern comforts: induction hob, Nespresso coffee maker, clothes steamer, air conditioning.... First floor: large, bright living room with fitted kitchen, flexible lounge and widescreen TV, shower room with walk-in shower, separate WC, laundry room.
You'll be delighted to gather around the large farmhouse table or the wood-burning stove for cosy get-togethers. A reading corner and board games are also available. Upstairs: a comfortable sleeping area with 2 communicating bedrooms, 1 of which is a landing bedroom, each with 2 single beds. In the garden, you'll find various rest areas for a siesta or a reading break in the shade of the trees.
For the more active, there's a ping-pong table. Garden furniture and an electric barbecue complete the outdoor layout, as does a covered terrace for additional relaxation.

Indoor parking for vehicles. Deposit required on arrival 300€.

All-inclusive package to make the most of your stay: Bed linen, household linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, heating, electricity, cleaning products and basic kitchen products. Baby bed, high chair and safety gate available on request.

Staggered arrival and departure times available on request.
