We welcome you to our fully renovated Holiday cottage "Le coûtat" in Val Saint Martin, a green and peaceful hamlet in Vermenton. An ideal Holiday cottage for a tourist getaway in the heart of Burgundy, close to Chablis, Auxerre, Vezelay, Avallon and Noyers for a wine and history stopover. Living room with fully-equipped kitchen and sitting area with sofa bed. Separate WC. 1st floor: 1 large bedroom (1 bed 140) with private shower room. Separate WC. You can easily park your car in the Holiday cottage courtyard.
Bed linen and towels are provided, so as not to overload your suitcases. Finally, our Holiday cottage is equipped with a TV and fiber-optic internet access. Only 1 pet allowed. Cleaning charge €40.

Mylène Très bonne adresse !
Nous avons apprécié ce gîte bien rénové pour son côté pratique : toilettes à chaque niveau, escalier très praticable (c'est rarement le cas !), chauffage électrique au top, le calme du hameau tout en étant à 3km de toutes les commodités. Ayant de la famille à proximité nous reviendrons

Joli petit hameau avec tout le confort nécessaire pour y séjourner... Parfait. Il suffit de respecter la propreté du lieu, en remerciement pour le propriétaire, qui lui fait confiance à ses locataires. Tout s'est très bien déroulé. Merci beaucoup

Margot Très bon moment, malgré une panne d'électricité.
Le gîte est bien équipé, au calme et pas très éloigné de jolis coins. Idéal pour une petite échappée en Bourgogne.

Un couple québécois Séjour très agréable pour le gîte et la région
village très calme avec commerces à proximité, idéalemnt bien situé pour visiter tous les attraits de la région. Gîte très équipé et bien rénové, en cours de rénovation pour le stationnement mais quand même correct. Accueil bref mais des plus courtois.
