We welcome you to our fully renovated Holiday cottage "Le coûtat" in Val Saint Martin, a green and peaceful hamlet in Vermenton. An ideal Holiday cottage for a tourist getaway in the heart of Burgundy, close to Chablis, Auxerre, Vezelay, Avallon and Noyers for a wine and history stopover. Living room with fully-equipped kitchen and sitting area with sofa bed. Separate WC. 1st floor: 1 large bedroom (1 bed 140) with private shower room. Separate WC. You can easily park your car in the Holiday cottage courtyard.

Bed linen and towels are provided, so as not to overload your suitcases. Finally, our Holiday cottage is equipped with a TV and fiber-optic internet access. Only 1 pet allowed. Cleaning charge €40.

    Week-end très agréable

    Nous avons passé 2 nuits très agréables. Accueil du propriétaire sympathique et très disponible même pour donner un bon coup de main quand vous êtes en panne de voiture. Encore merci.
    Une petite amélioration a apporter serait d'ajouter des rideaux plus occultants sur la petite fenêtre de la chambre.
