Ground floor: fully-equipped kitchen: filter coffee maker + Dolce-Gusto, microwave, oven, dishwasher and Frigidaire and a freezer.
2 bedrooms (2 x 140cm beds), bathroom and separate WC. 1st floor: 1 bedroom (with 3 single beds) and 1 mezzanine, bathroom and separate WC. Enclosed grounds with terrace, covered shed, private parking and orchard. Table tennis. 2 pets allowed (more on request).
Holiday cottage located 13 km from Avallon with its ramparts, 23 km from Semur-en-Auxois, medieval city and 23 km from Saulieu, gastronomic city. 10 km from Époisses, famous for its cheese. 30 km from Lake St Agnan. Cycling on small Countryside roads with little traffic.
Free bed linen - Free wood for the fireplace - CHARGES AND OPTIONS: Linen hire per person: 5€. End-of-stay cleaning: €60. Electric heating not included (8 kWh/day).

Hach Kathy Le propriétaire, très sympathique, habite en face du gîte, mais sait se faire très discret.
L’hébergement est parfait, la propreté des lieux est un atout non négligeable. Une semaine de canicule a forcément eu un impact négatif sur notre séjour. Mais fort heureusement la maison avec ses 60cm d’épaisseur de mur et le grand terrain arboré, ont rendu la situation tout à fait vivable. Nous n’avons presque rien pu visiter, ce n’est pas grave nous reviendrons . . .

Marie Noëlle Gîte idéal pour un dépaysement dans un cadre calme, proche de la nature
Gîte spacieux, avec un grand jardin paysager très agréable. Un accueil très chaleureux ( merci encore pour la bouteille de Chablis!) : nous avons passé 4 jours à visiter cette région authentique (superbes itinéraires en vélo également )

Bouissou Gite très bien situé
Gite très bien situé pour visiter. Le propriétaire est adorable. On a même pu faire un feu de cheminée... La maison est très propre et adapté à une grande famille. Il manquait quelques petites choses mais vraiment c'était parfait.
