2 bedrooms (2 140 beds), bathroom, and separate toilet. First floor: 1 bedroom (with 3 90 beds) and 1 loft, shower room, and separate toilet. Enclosed property with a terrace, covered shelter, private parking, and an orchard. Ping-pong table. 2 pets allowed (more upon request).
The holiday cottage is located 13 km from Avallon with its ramparts, 23 km from Semur-en-Auxois, a medieval town, and 23 km from Saulieu, a gastronomic destination. 10 km from Époisses, famous for its cheese. 30 km from Lake St. Agnan. Great for cycling on small roads in the Countryside with little traffic.

Bouissou Gite très bien situé
Gite très bien situé pour visiter. Le propriétaire est adorable. On a même pu faire un feu de cheminée... La maison est très propre et adapté à une grande famille. Il manquait quelques petites choses mais vraiment c'était parfait.

Bruno Un gîte idéalement placé, un accueil PARFAIT, beaucoup de charme, une literie excellente et un très grand jardin clôturé pour que notre chien se défoule en toute tranquillité.
