Detached house in a group of buildings close to the owner's farm.
First floor: kitchen/living room (fireplace with wood-burning stove - free wood) 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed. Shower room and separate WC.
1st floor: living room, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), WC and washbasin. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), 1 baby bed and 1 child's bed (up to 6 years). No wifi.
Baby equipment: high chair, changing table, small bathtub, cosy.
Enclosed courtyards (150 and 350 m²). Terrace. Plancha grill. Holiday cottage in the heart of the Morvan Park. 2 pets allowed. Bicycles can be stored in the lockable stable.
Holiday cottage near the walled city of Avallon (all shops and services) and Vézelay, a UNESCO World Heritage site, with the Basilica of Sainte Marie-Madeleine. Holiday cottage also close to Quarré-les-Tombes and St Leger-Vauban.

Patrick et Domy Superbe séjour à Quarré les tombes
Super séjour dans le gîte de Mr et Mme Gillot. La tranquillité, la vue sur la campagne morvandelle , nos charmants "voisins" à 4 pattes, l'accueil, la générosité et surtout la gentillesse de nos hôtes ont fait de nos vacances un excellent moment.

Kim La sérénité tous les jours grâce à ce merveilleux cadre
Avant tout chose, un énorme merci à nos adorables hôtes qui nous ont reçus avec enthousiasme et générosité. Nous avons eu grand plaisir à partager des moments conviviaux avec Madame et Monsieur Gillot, notre petit a même découvert les tracteurs en vrai ! (Difficile quand notre quotidien est dans la petite couronne parisienne).
Le gîte est agréable et très fonctionnel. Nous disposions de tous les ustensiles, outils pour y passer deux semaines, en retrouvailles grande famille, chacun pouvant avoir son espace.
A plus de 37 degrés, nous étions très bien dans la maison, en attendant la fraîcheur du soir, et le matin il y fait très bon.Le paysage est tout juste magnifique, vu sur les bocages et les belles charolaises.
L'emplacement est très pratique, le village dispose des commerces essentiels, la très grande surface est à Avallon.
Nombreuses possibilités de promenades, surtout non loin des lacs.
Encore un grand merci à nos hôtes, nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour grâce à vous !
