Detached house in a group of buildings close to the owner's farm.
First floor: kitchen/living room (fireplace with wood-burning stove - free wood) 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed. Shower room and separate WC.
1st floor: living room, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), WC and washbasin. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), 1 baby bed and 1 child's bed (up to 6 years). No wifi.
Baby equipment: high chair, changing table, small bathtub, cosy.
Enclosed courtyards (150 and 350 m²). Terrace. Plancha grill. Holiday cottage in the heart of the Morvan Park. 2 pets allowed. Bicycles can be stored in the lockable stable.
Holiday cottage near the walled city of Avallon (all shops and services) and Vézelay, a UNESCO World Heritage site, with the Basilica of Sainte Marie-Madeleine. Holiday cottage also close to Quarré-les-Tombes and St Leger-Vauban.

Nicolas Quatre adultes, une enfant et un chien : tous ont passé un agréable séjour.
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et très sympathiques. Josiane fait de délicieuses confitures et Jean-Charles est intarissable sur le Morvan, écrin de nature au terroir généreux et authentique. Le gîte est spacieux avec un grand terrain. Ma fille a apprécié l'espace, la grande balançoire et l'âne. A proximité de lacs, de bourgs de caractère et de commerces qui plairont aux gastronomes.

Valérie Séjour dans un cadre charmant et calme.
Le gîte est très fonctionnel et dispose d'une terrasse couverte avec une vue magnifique. Les hôtes sont charmants et plein d'attentions. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

5 amis du 91 et 45 petit séjour a quarré les tombes
gite spacieux avec vue sur la vallée.et idéalement situé pour découvrir la région.mais surtout un acceuil chaleureux par les propiétaires avec une délicate attention a notre arrivéée

Cathy et Claude Superbe séjour
Ce gîte nous l'avons découvert il y a plusieurs années nous y revenons tous les ans avec beaucoup de plaisir. Très bien aménagé avec une vue superbe et dégagée.
