Detached house in a group of buildings close to the owner's farm.
First floor: kitchen/living room (fireplace with wood-burning stove - free wood) 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed. Shower room and separate WC.
1st floor: living room, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), WC and washbasin. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), 1 baby bed and 1 child's bed (up to 6 years). No wifi.
Baby equipment: high chair, changing table, small bathtub, cosy.
Enclosed courtyards (150 and 350 m²). Terrace. Plancha grill. Holiday cottage in the heart of the Morvan Park. 2 pets allowed. Bicycles can be stored in the lockable stable.
Holiday cottage near the walled city of Avallon (all shops and services) and Vézelay, a UNESCO World Heritage site, with the Basilica of Sainte Marie-Madeleine. Holiday cottage also close to Quarré-les-Tombes and St Leger-Vauban.

Catherine et Bernard Retour à la Nature
Gîte situé dans un écrin de verdure et de silence. Fort bien aménagé, bien situé.Il comprend une grande terrasse avec vue sur magnifique panorama. Avant tout, des hotes, Josiane et Jean Charles, très acceuillants, très intéressants, un véritable plaisir de bavarder avec eux.

Marine Une pause à la campagne
C’est notre deuxième séjour dans ce gîte rustique à la campagne.
Le gîte est tres bien équipé, la literie est bonne, les chambres sont tres grandes, chacun a son espace.
La vue est sublime.
Les balades sont agréables et dépaysantes.
Josiane et Jean Charles sont des hôtes parfaits ! Ils prennent soin de nous !
