Situated in a small village in the countryside, at the gateway to Alsace, Switzerland and the Vosges mountains, easily accessible (10mn from exit 11 of the A36 motorway and 10mn from the Belfort/Montbéliard TGV train station, 1km from the Nantes-Budapest cycle route), the Prés Roy gîte welcomes you on the raised first floor (a few steps up), in the bright accommodation of an old farmhouse. Separate entrance, large fully-equipped kitchen, large living room with 2 90cm trundle beds and a sofa bed.
One bedroom with 1 x 140cm double bed and a crib. Bathroom with shower and washbasin. Separate WC.
Outside, a large green space planted with trees and a sheltered private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Bicycle and fishing tackle storage available on request. Private parking.

Deposit of 200 euros returned on departure if inventory is correct.
