In the heart of the garden, come and enjoy the swimming pool, heated from 01/06 to 15/09 and entirely at your disposal. A garage is available for 2 cars. There's also a private pétanque court, a swing and a small outbuilding. The gîte comprises a ground floor and a first floor. On the ground floor, there's a living room with Gllum is cool dining area and fitted kitchen, a separate toilet and 1 bedroom with bunk beds. In the basement, you'll find the laundry room and a space fitted out with accessories, table soccer and darts. Upstairs, the remaining 2 bedrooms, including a master bedroom (160*200 bed), and 1 bedroom (140*190 and 90*190 beds), plus a bathroom with shower and WC.
