Gîte adjoining the owner's home, with its own entrance, in the charming village of Lachapelle-sous-Chaux, a few kilometers from the Alsace balloon and the Vosges mountains.

Located on the 1st floor of a renovated farmhouse, Le Cocon de Carinou offers all modern comforts, including a large hall with cupboards and WC, plus a large laundry room.
A large, well-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room and dining area:
12-place dishwasher, oven, microwave, 2 coffee makers (1 Senseo), electric kettle, toaster, raclette machine, fridge-freezer,

Very comfortable living room, flat-screen TV, convertible corner sofa.

On the second floor, the bedrooms:
Chambre SOLEIL, Chambre LUNE and Chambre PLUME have low ceilings and are very bright with velux windows.
The first two are separated by a shared closed dressing room, with a 140x190 bed in each room, and the third a 160x200 bed with dressing room in the bedroom.

Large bathroom with shower, WC and cupboard.
Baby equipment on request: cot, high chair, bathtub, changing mat, games. Child gate at top of 2 staircases. (fairly steep stairs).

Small, private, sheltered terrace with electric barbecue and plancha. Large plot of land with relaxation area bordering a small river, small lounge, deckchairs and play area for children,

Quiet, restful setting overlooking an enclosed courtyard with garage. Private parking spaces in the courtyard.
Bed linen provided and bed made on arrival, cleaning and towels optional.
