The village is 6 km from Belfort, 15 km from Montbéliard, 47 km from Mulhouse. The 100 m² Holiday cottage is located in the heart of the village of Urcerey, on the first floor of an old farmhouse entirely renovated in 2013, opening onto a garden with a 20 m² veranda, terrace and swimming pool (to be shared with the owner). It comprises: a fitted kitchen opening onto a living room with dining area and sitting area, a bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a bedroom with two 90x190 Twin beds, a bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, a separate toilet. Wifi access, Bed linen and towels provided, cot and baby accessories on request. Private parking in front of Holiday cottage.
Enclosed grounds, with removable fences if required.

Nous avons très bien été accueilli par les propriétaires du gîte qui habitent sur place.
C'est un très bel appartement, propre, spacieux et très agréable à vivre. La piscine est un vrai plus. Elle est propre et l'eau à bonne température.
Je recommande ce gîte à toutes les personnes qui veulent se reposer. Voiture indispensable pour visiter ou faire les courses.- Cleanliness

Olimke2004 Bestens ausgestattete Wohnung in sehr schöner Umgebung
Wir haben uns zu dritt in dieser Wohnung von Beginn an sehr wohl gefühlt. Pascale und Pascale sind großartige und freundliche Gastgeber. Die großzügige und gemütliche Wohnung mit Wintergarten ist vollständig ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist ruhig und idyllisch und eignet sich hervorragend für einen Besuch von Belfort oder Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank.
