Welcome to this former service house of Château de la Rosemontoise, set in a verdant valley next to a characterful château. This detached Holiday cottage is situated on an estate with private Forest, large garden and terrace, and is ideal for peace seekers, hikers, cyclists and families. Nestled in a calm and pleasant natural setting, the accommodation is close to the Château de la Rosemontoise, which occasionally hosts weddings, family reunions or seminars. Access to the château is via the road in front of the Holiday cottage, which can be quite busy during such events.

The Holiday cottage sleeps 4, pets are welcome and thanks to high-speed fiber-optic WiFi, it's also perfect for working remotely or a longer stay. On the ground floor, the house has a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, Senseo filter and espresso coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.) and a bathroom with separate toilet.
On the 1st floor, two large bedrooms with double beds (200×200 cm and 160×200 cm).

Accessed via a narrow original spiral staircase, the 2nd floor features two small attic rooms with a maximum ceiling height of around 1m70. One of the rooms has a cot (up to approx. 6 years) and Kids games for all ages. The staircase has a Kids barrier at the top and bottom.

Outside, a private terrace, a park with a private Forest, parking spaces and plenty of space to enjoy the peace and quiet of nature.

Gas central heating, made beds, kitchen, bath and bed linen and a washing machine are included. Bicycles can be stored in a private, secure room.
