Édouard (an amateur beekeeper by passion) & Marie-Christine welcome you to a charming, fully-restored late 19th-century farmhouse, nestled on the edge of a lane in the heart of a peaceful rural hamlet near the picturesque, typical market town of Saint-Loup-Géanges, with its elegant 12th-century Romanesque church (many small shops & supermarket on site). Peace & total tranquility in the Countryside, nestled on a south-facing "mini" plateau overlooking a bucolic valley of fields & meadows crossed by a small river (accessible from the property), close to beautiful wild & preserved forests including the vast Forest de Gergy, literally the "green lung" of the area. Vast property ecologically landscaped in a "100% nature" spirit (can be visited in the owner's company), classified as an "LPO refuge" (twenty or so species depending on the season), including an atypical "mandala" vegetable garden, a henhouse (chickens & canes), beehives (secluded), an Unusual "truffière" & a "Forest garden" with a small pond.
