Authentic 17th-century winegrower's house (dating from 1666) - centuries old & steeped in history - nestled in the heart of a peaceful & picturesque winegrowing village in the famous Hautes Côtes de Beaune, 5 km from the charming spa & shopping town of Santenay (many shops and services, leisure facilities & casino on site). Absolutely magical landscaped setting, nestled in rolling wine-growing countryside in the bucolic Cozanne valley, with sublime vineyard slopes stretching as far as the eye can see between meadows and wooded hills. An ultra-privileged location adjoining the Romanesque church circuit & the illustrious "Route des Grands Crus" (passing through the mythical wine villages of Puligny-Montrachet, Pommard, Meursault...), ideally situated on the "voie verte" (connected to EuroVélo6), the "route des vins", the superb GRP "Au Fil des Vignobles et Vallées" (connected to GR7, GR76 & GR137) & several marked "balades verte" footpaths (winding between vineyards & nature), 5 km from the "Voie des Vignes" cycle route (36 km through the vineyards of Burgundy's world-famous Grands Crus) & a referenced "coup de cœur" cycling loop (24 km), 10 km from two river marinas linked to the nearby Canal du Centre ("Le Fleuve tranquille", a navigable itinerary to discover on a boat or on foot). A prime location at the crossroads of the world-renowned vineyards of Côtes de Beaune, Hautes Côtes de Beaune & Côtes Chalonnaises, at the crossroads of Côte d'Or & the rich territories of Chalonnais, Pays Beaunois, Autunois as well as Morvan & its Natural Park. 10 km from Chagny (& its river marina), 24 km from Beaune, 28 km from Le Creusot (renowned Combes amusement park / Creusot TGV station 27 km away), 30 km from Chalon-sur-Saône (labeled "Ville d'Art et d'Histoire"), 32 km from Autun ("Ville d'Art et d'Histoire", rich in a priceless heritage spanning over 2000 years of human presence), 56 km from Tournus & 56 km from the famous Gallo-Roman archaeological site of Bibracte labelled "Grand Site de France". The rare pleasure of a stay in the heart of the vineyards, right in the center of Paris!

An authentic, characterful winegrower's house dating from 1666, carefully restored & steeped in history - one of the oldest buildings in the village - set in the heart of a peaceful & picturesque winegrowing village in the Hautes Côtes de Beaune, founded in the 13th century by the Templars of the Hospitaller Order of Saint John of Jerusalem. Nestled in the gentle, green valley of the Cozanne (& its bucolic, fish-filled river), at the foot of three superb "belvedere" mountains peaking at over 500m in altitude - including the "Montagne des Trois Croix", an ancient Celtic site dedicated to sacred cults, a preserved natural area classified as a "nature park" offering exceptional 360° panoramic views - adjacent to the magnificent vineyards of the Maranges & Couchois, this charming, typical village enjoys a sublime, magical & enchanting landscape, a succession of sumptuous vineyard slopes stretching as far as the eye can see between meadows & wooded hills. A beautiful, totally soothing country & natural environment. Very comfortable gîte. Ultra spacious. Vast 54m² living room. Composition : Detached house. Wifi connection. Gas central heating + fireplace.
