Holiday cottage located near the owner's house, on a cereal farm (harvest period usually 1st fortnight in July).
Living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 90x190cm in one and 1 bed 140x190cm in the other, bathroom, separate toilet, central heating invoiced according to consumption. Carport, terrace, garden furniture. Private parking lot. On request: baby bed, high chair, Kids bath, changing mat, table tennis.
In the Upper Nivernais region, 3 kms from the Canal du Nivernais for fishing, boating and cycling. 30 kms from Vézelay and Guédelon (medieval castle under construction). In Clamecy, a former timber rafting town, visit the collegiate church of Saint-Martin, the Romain Rolland Museum and the church.
Accommodation not suitable for business travelers or people with reduced mobility.

5/5Very tranquil surroundings. Excellent accommodation- home from home - well equipped. Owner very helpful with lots of advice about places to visit etc. Particularly good for us with places for our bikes and car. Would definitely book again if visiting the area.

5/5Le gîte est bien situé à proximité de clamecy et des villes aux alentours ce qui permet de nombreuses visites. La propriétaire connais très bien la région et sait nous guider vers ce qui nous plaît ( le gîte dispose de tout les documents touristiques possibles vous ne pouvez rien louper).
Le cadre est reposant et le paysage est magnifique.
La propriétaire est aux petits soins pour les occupants et se soucis que le séjour se passe bien. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et cette fois ci je n'oublierai pas la recette du pain d'épices ;)- Cleanliness 5/5
