Entrance via veranda (steps) with garden furniture, kitchen opening onto living room with sofa bed for 2, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 and 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90x190, shower room (Italian shower) with WC accessible via 4 steps. Unenclosed grounds of 200 m², not overlooked by the owners. Private parking.heat pump central heating and electricity included. Folding baby bed and high chair available.
Near Nevers, City of Art and History (all leisure activities), 12 km from the Magny-Cours racetrack. Surrounding forests, visit the Bec d'Allier. Vineyards of Sancerre (most beautiful village in France), Pouilly/Loire, Charente and Giennois hillsides. Site of La Charité/Loire. 1 pet allowed (if more, contact owners for agreement).

Notre séjour a été parfait! Le gite est très bien situé, au calme, avec tout l'équipement nécessaire, notamment pour de jeunes enfants. Les propriétaires sont très sympatiques, et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Claudine gite très proche de Nevers mais à la campagne
3e séjour toujours aussi agréable, petite maison confortable et facile à vivre le long d'un chemin qui permet un petit circuit pédestre agréable.nous reviendrons.

SE/NI Nous séjournons dans la Nièvre depuis de nombreuses années en arrière saison
Troisième séjour, propriétaires discrets et toujours à l'écoute. Environnement campagnard à 5 mn de Nevers. C'est parfait pour nous. expérience positive.
