Unenclosed grounds of 200 m², not overlooked by the owners. Private parking.heat pump central heating and electricity included. Folding baby bed and high chair available.
Near Nevers, City of Art and History (all leisure activities), 12 km from the Magny-Cours racetrack. Surrounding forests, visit the Bec d'Allier. Vineyards of Sancerre (most beautiful village in France), Pouilly/Loire, Charente and Giennois hillsides. Site of La Charité/Loire. 1 pet allowed (if more, contact owners for agreement).

Troisième séjour, propriétaires discrets et toujours à l'écoute. Environnement campagnard à 5 mn de Nevers. C'est parfait pour nous. expérience positive.

Carol Parfaitement situé dans la nature
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le lieu très calme dans la nature. Tout est très bien organisé, propre et pratique. Parfait pour profiter du calme et cela, tout en étant près des commerces. Rémi et Jocelyne sont très à l'écoute et agréables, merci à eux. Parfait
