Charming, traditionally renovated, detached house close to the owners' home. It comprises a large living room with kitchenette. Lower floor: 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), 1 bedroom (2 x 90cm twin beds). 1 Umbrella bed, 1 high chair, 1 Kids bath available. Bathroom, WC. Fiber-optic internet connection (high-speed and unlimited consumption).
Awning, Terrace with garden furniture. On the edge of the GR13 on 800 m² of unfenced land. Water sports on the Settons and Pannecière lakes, Fishing possible (subject to legislation). Close to Château-Chinon, Bibracte and Anost, and a 30-minute drive from the cities of Autun and Saulieu. Pets not allowed.

Heating and electricity extra according to meter reading above 8kwh per day.

Our gîte is set in the heart of the Morvan Regional Nature Park, on the edge of the GR13. A former sheepfold, on a hillside, in a tiny hamlet of 6 granite houses, all over a century old, we wanted to use only the traditional materials of Morvan houses when renovating it: thick granite walls, local stone frames, small pieces of furniture or shelves made from the oak planks of the former sheepfold, ash staircase, Douglas fir ceiling.
The shutters have been painted in one of the colours formerly used in the Morvan Park.
New hedges have been added to the old ones. Hazel, beech, ash, hornbeam, holly and willow give privacy to the grounds of the gîte, so that, we hope, our guests will feel at home during their stay.

Charlotte Que de la nature et la silence
C'était la quatrième fois en dix ans et nous aimons toujours autant revenir ici. La maison est parfaite et confortablement équipée, rien ne manque. Comme d'habitude, Mme Rateau nous a réservé un accueil très chaleureux. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
PS : Tous les sites touristiques sont facilement accessibles en 40 à 45 minutes en voiture.

Sophie Fraîcheur et tranquillité au Loup Blanc
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce gîte situé en pleine nature. Le cadre est particulièrement reposant : le jardin, très calme, est uniquement animé par le chant des oiseaux. Lors des fortes chaleurs, la source voisine apporte une fraîcheur naturelle très appréciable. Le gîte est également très bien placé pour partir en randonnée à la découverte du Morvan. Les propriétaires sont discrets tout en étant attentifs aux besoins des visiteurs.
Seul léger bémol : un peu d’humidité dans le logement, mais les propriétaires ont mis en œuvre tous les moyens possibles pour la réduire.- Cleanliness

Ann&Dany Séjour tranquille et ressourçant !
Très beau gîte décoré avec goût, accueil professionnel et cadre magnifique. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme absolu, les vues superbes et la nature environnante – jusqu’à la rencontre inattendue avec un lièvre dans le jardin ! De belles balades à faire directement depuis le gîte, ainsi que des découvertes historiques à Autun et Bibracte. À refaire sans hésitation.
