Ideally located in the Morvan regional nature park. Lovers of Hiking, mountain biking, water sports, swimming... Discover the wonders of the Nièvre: the unmissable Lac des Settons and its many activities(40mn), the majestic Lac de pannecière(20mn) and the Baye ponds for their nautical pleasures
(20 mins). You can also stroll along the towpath beside the Canal du Nivernais (10 mins) to discover its atypical locks and dine in the summer guinguettes. The Château de Bazoches and the village of Vézelay, a UNESCO World Heritage site, are also 30 minutes away.
The Holiday cottage is located in a quiet hamlet, set back from the road. It has several enclosed outdoor spaces, including a large terrace/balcony with a beautiful view. Outside: a Spa is available from April to the end of September, as well as table tennis, badminton, cricket and pétanque. Inside the Holiday cottage: entrance hall, separate fitted and equipped kitchen, large living room opening onto the terrace with large comfortable lounge with TV and dining area; 1 separate toilet, 1 bathroom (bath), 2 bedrooms, 1 with 2 beds 90x190 and the other with 1 bed 140x190. Upstairs, a large open-plan living area with 2 beds 90x190 at either end, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. All decorated with care. Fan available.
Pets are not allowed upstairs or on the parquet flooring in the living room.

All inclusive = bed linen provided with beds made on arrival, bathroom linen provided, end-of-stay cleaning included as well as heating, electricity and wood.
Spa access from May to September
Pets allowed up to 1 at €30/stay (not allowed in living room due to parquet flooring).
Pets are not allowed upstairs or on the parquet floor in the living room.
