Located on the first floor of the Maison du Maître Carrier, L'appart' du Sculpteur has been completely renovated. The accommodation comprises a shower room, separate toilet, fitted kitchen and living room; the bedroom is at the back of the room and opens onto a pleasant shaded terrace.
A special feature of this apartment is the delightful Godin wood-burning stove in the living room, giving it a cosy feel. And outside, with direct access to the bedroom, a warm, private 18m² terrace invites you to enjoy the calm of the surrounding countryside. Access to the shared garden with deckchairs.
The bedroom has a 180x200 double bed, which can be converted into 90x200 twin beds. The kitchen is equipped with a built-in oven, double hob and SMEG fridge. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and washbasin. Separate toilet. Shared laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
