Roadside house in the heart of a village, 50m from a bakery/pastry shop. House of 70m² for 2 to 3 people: entrance into a large living room with fitted and equipped kitchen, dishwasher, lounge with fireplace, TV, wifi (fiber), a study, a bedroom with 1 bed 140x190 and possibility of 1 extra person with the bed 90x190 in the bedroom at no extra charge, TV, a shower room with a large shower and washing machine; separate toilet. Parking available in the street in front of the Holiday cottage.
2 Pets allowed free of charge.
From the Holiday cottage you have access to a large footpath in the Countryside where you can go for walks; also just a few kilometers away are the Bertranges Forest; the vineyards of Pouilly sur Loire and Sancerre; the Loire, Charité-sur-Loire, ...
All-inclusive accommodation: heating and electricity included (subject to reasonable consumption), wood supplied, bed linen with bed made on arrival, bathroom linen and end-of-stay cleaning.

Marcelo Excellent séjours
Frédéric est un hôte accueillant et très sympathique. Le gîte est très bien agencé avec une très belle pièce de vie, une chambre et une salle de bain spacieuses. Le gîte est très bien isolé et chauffé , un vrai cocon. La boulangerie a 150 m est très appréciée. A noter que Frédéric est disponible et a l'écoute en cas de souci. Nous recommandons cette location à 100/100.
